How was your experience of therapy?

"My therapy sessions were extremely helpful. I made a good bond with Rebecca which made me be really open with her and if I wasn't to get the counselling when I did, with someone I could trust I'd be really struggling. She helped me create myself a self-care box, know when to put boundaries in place. She was very understanding and when we were thinking of ending the sessions, we did it gradually. Rebecca has a kind, heart, she is always rooting for you, if you do the work then it actually helps you, she was always there if I needed an appointment early. She makes the space very comfortable and she's easy to talk to. I was afraid of being judged but I wasn't one bit with her, and it just really helped me to get everything out in the open and then explore ways to help through it."
